One of the town's most trusted estate agents has branched out into lettings for the first time.
Hoopers Residential, who have been selling some of Reading's finest family homes for more than 18 years have made their move into the rental market which now runs alongside the successful sales side of the business.
Owner and director Andrew Hooper, who established Hoopers Residential in 1998 said: 'Up until now we were one of the few estate agents to do sales only but felt the time was right to branch out into the rental market.'
'Reading is a thriving town with lots of landlords looking for reputable agencies to look after their properties and we are confident we can provide the same high standard of service in lettings as we do in sales.'
Proprietor, Mr Hooper, has a wealth of knowledge of properties in Reading, having spent more than 30 years selling homes within Earley and the surrounding areas.
He added: 'There has been a lot to learn but we have received expert training from the Guild of Letting and Management and are excited about the launch of this new arm of our business.'
Hoopers, who are based on the Wokingham Road in Earley, are offering full management of properties along with tenant find only and rent collection.
